Danny Cipriani

Danny Cipriani is a rugby union player from Roehampton in the English capital. He played for the Wasps and the English national team.

Early Accomplishments

While growing up, he played football, cricket, squash and rugby and received several youth offers from teams across the country but rugby won out.

He joined Wasps academy at 15 and debuted at 17 against Bristol in a 2004 Powergen Cup. He also captained England’s U-16 team and made the U-19 for the 2006 IRB U-19 Rugby World Cup.

Best Known For

He was a Wasps player from 2006 to 2010 and again in 2016 for 2 years, scoring a total of 820 points in 144 appearances. He also played for the Sale Sharks for 4 years and the Melbourne Rebels for 2 years.

His career has been blighted by reports of drunkenness, wild partying and brawls.
