Bruce Davison

Bruce Davison is an awfully endearing and multitalented American actor who has earned admiration for his work over 4 decades. He is also known to write, produce and direct.

Early Accomplishments

He followed a friend to an audition while in college and this sparked his interest in acting. 

In 1966, he featured in the stage play I’m Feelin’ So Bad and made his Broadway debut 2 years later in Tiger at the Gates. 

His film debut came immediately after with Last Summer in 1969 and landed a main role in Willard in 1971.

Best Known For

His most noteworthy work has to be his 1989 award-winning act in Longtime Companion. He appeared significantly in X-Men in 2000 and X2 in 2003 as well as in 72 episodes of Harry and the Hendersons from 1991 to 1993. 

He recurrently starred in The Fosters in 2015 and Get A Job in 2016.

Bruce is straight. After dating Jess Walton for a year, they got married in 1972 but split 7 months later. 

He dated Lisa Pelikan 1985 and married her a year after until their divorce in 2006.
