Jon's acting career was launched in 1963 through an episode of the police television series, Naked City. By 1967, he branched out into movies starring in the film Fearless Frank. 2 years later, his role in Midnight Cowboy earned him a Golden Globe Award.

Best Known For

Currently, Jon is recognized for portraying the Mickey Donovan character in the crime series Ray Donovan. This role won him a Golden Globe Award in 2013. He has won 2 other Golden Globes for his roles in Runaway Train and Coming Home.
