Dennis Rodman

Dennis Rodman has transitioned from an NBA icon to one of the most flamboyant men on TV. He is now an actor, writer and goodwill ambassador, amongst other things.

Early Accomplishments

He endured a tough childhood and was not even athletic in high school but after experiencing a growth spurt while working as an airport janitor, he tried out for collegiate basketball.

He made the NAIA All-American team in all 3 seasons and was drafted by the Pistons in 1986. 

Best Known For

5 times, Dennis has been NBA champion (thrice with Detroit Pistons and twice with Chicago Bulls) and led the rebounds chart 7 consecutive times (1992-98).

Some of his Hollywood work includes lead roles in Simon Sez (1999) and Double Team (1997). He has published 5 books including his autobiography, Bad as I Wanna Be (1996).

Sexual Orientation

Dennis is straight and has been married thrice. He married Annie Bakes in 1987 and divorced in 1993. His 1998 marriage to Carmen Electra lasted almost 6 months but his 2003 marriage to Michelle Moyer endured until 2012.

He has also dated high profile women such as Madonna, Stacy Yarbrough and Vivica A. Fox.  

Family

He is the oldest child of Philander and Shirley Rodman while his sisters are Kim and Debra. Through his father, he has 28 other siblings, but Dennis states he has 47 instead.

He fathers 3 children; daughter Alexis (born 1988) with 1st wife, son Dennis Jr. (born 2000) and daughter Trinity (born 2001), both with 3rd wife.

Religion

No one knows what religion Dennis follows. He once insulted Mormons at Utah, befriended a known anti-Christian leader but was in Vatican to support a cardinal.

Whatever the case, he still appears to be non-religious.
