She did not appear on screen until she was 15 after she was selected during a nationwide open casting for performers in the All New Mickey Mouse Club. She started off as a dancer on the show in 1991 but she was later “upgraded” to an actress until 1994.

She had a 3 episodes stint on Daddy’s Girls in 1994 and a debut film role in Honey, I Blew Up the Kid in 1992.

Best Known For

From 1998 to 2002, she made waves, even winning a Golden Globe for her lead role in Felicity and from 2013 to 2018, wowed fans with her lead role in The Americans.

Her roles in the films Mission: Impossible III in 2006, Waitress in 2007, Extraordinary Measures in 2010 and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes in 2014 are noteworthy.
