Andrew Form

Andrew Form is an accomplished American television and movie producer.

Early Accomplishments

After graduation from college, Andrew stated out in Hollywood working low-level jobs to bigshots in the film business. He worked as a personal assistant to movie producers Jerry Bruckheimer and to his late associate, Don Simpson. 

After spending years learning and knowing his ropes, he became friends with producer Brad Fuller and director Michael Bay and they decided to establish Platinum Dunes, their own production company.

Best Known For

Through his company, Form has been a producer for box office hits such as Friday the 13th in 2000, The Purge in 2013, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2014 and its 2016 sequel as well as The Quiet Place in 2018.

He was also executive producer of 2003’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre and 15 episodes of The Last Ship in 2014. 

Other noteworthy works are Project Almanac and Ouija both in 2014, A Nightmare on Elm Street in 2010.

Sexual Orientation

Andrew is straight and has been espoused to actress, Jordana Brewster. The couple met each other during the making of Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel in 2006 where she was an actress and he was the producer. 

They got engaged in November 2006 and walked down the aisle in a small wedding at Bahamas 6 months later.

Family

He is the son of Fred and Joan Form. He has 2 children with his wife Jordana; Julian born in 2013 and his brother Rowan born through surrogacy in 2016.
