Kit Culkin

Kit Culkin is an American actor and manager.

Early Accomplishment

Kit's earliest acting role was as an extra in the 1961 romantic musical film, West Side Story. 

Best Known For

Through his career, Kit attained the most recognition as a theatre actor, featuring in Broadway productions. Aside from stage acting, Kit portrayed a role in the 1964 Hamlet film. 

Sexual Orientation

Kit is straight. In the late 60's, Kit was romantically linked with Adeena VanWagoner. By 1974, he moved on and got into a committed relationship with Patricia Bentrup which lasted for 21 years. He gave love another try with Jeanette Krylowski, but the relationship, unfortunately, ended when Jeanette died in 2017. 

Family

His parents were Philip Culkin and Marian Ethel. Through his sister, the famous actress, Bonnie Bedelia, Kit has 2 nephews, Uri and Jonah. From 2 different relationships, Kit has 8 children, among whom popular actors Macaulay, Kieran and Rory Culkin. 

Religion

Kit is a Christian, under the Catholic denomination. He is not very open when it comes to his beliefs, therefore we cannot confirm how devoted he is to his faith. However, when his children were growing up, he made sure they were exposed to the Christian and they even attended Catholic schools.

Though he is referred to as Kit by most of his fans, his first name is actually Christopher while his middle name is Cornelius.

Kit has buried 2 of his daughters, Jennifer and Dakota, who died in 2000 and 2008 respectively.

In 2014 he had a stroke.
