Sporting a deep, intimidating voice and imposing physique, Vin Diesel (real name, Mark Sinclair Vincent) is a name that comes to mind when we make a top ten list of Hollywood action stars.

Early Accomplishments

He began acting from age 7, in the children play, Dinosaur Door. 

At only 17, he earned a living as a bouncer at nightclubs. 

He allegedly got involved in over 500 fights at his job and this helped build his famous demeanor. 

He wrote, directed, produced and acted in Multi-Facial in 1994 and got noticed by Steven Spielberg who cast him in Saving Private Ryan in 1998.

Best Known For

The Fast and Furious film series from 2001, the lead role of The Chronicles of Riddick and the torchbearer of the xXx movies are tantamount to the name, Vin Diesel. 

He is also famous for being cast in Find Me Guilty in 2006, The Pacifier in 2005 along with voicing Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy and other associated movies.

His religion is unknown. When he sang with a gospel choir during the shoot of 2016’s xXx, he described it as a dream come true.
