The Princess of Crunk&B, Ciara “Ci Ci” Princess Harris is a songwriter, singer and dancer. With her energetic and enthralling dance moves plus a shrill, active voice, she has captivated music lovers globally. She is also a producer, actress and model.

Early Accomplishments

In high school, she formed Hearsay with 2 of her friends but after recording a few demos, the group disbanded. 

She started writing songs for Mya and Fantasia Barrino including the song Got Me Waiting. 

At 19, she released her debut album Goodies, with LaFace Records.

Best Known For

Her debut single Goodies, became the first song by a female to top the Billboard chart for 7 weeks since 1977. The album also featured hits such as Oh and 1, 2, Step and it is certified 3x platinum. 

She has gone on to release 5 more albums and hits such as Like A Boy in 2007 and Love, Sex and Magic in 2009.

In 2006, she starred in the movie All You’ve Got and Mama, I Want To Sing! and That’s My Boy both in 2012.
