In 2002, Dakota Fanning began a collaboration with Steven Spielberg. The director chose her for the role of the child in the series Taken. After that, she appeared in Trapped, Sweet Home Alabama and Uptown Girls. 

The fans of Twilight Saga know her as dangerous and unpredictable Jane.
