Neil Flynn

Neil Flynn is an American actor. He became famous after the part in the Scrubs series and is favored by numerous fans because of a great sense of humour. He played in The Fugitive (1993), Home Alone 3 (1997), and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008).

He began his acting career with theatre performances in Goodman and Steppenwolf theatres.  For his role in The Ballad of the Sad Cafe Neil acquired a nomination for a Joseph Jefferson Award.

Best Known For

Neil became famous for the part of Janitor in Scrubs and for the role of Mike Heck in The Middle by ABC.

He pursued the role of Dr. Cox in the Scrubs audition but was cast as a Janitor. Initially, his character was supposed to appear in the first episode only but the scenario was changed and Janitor remained as a regular one. Neil did not continue playing in Scrubs because he got a part in The Middle.
