Kathryn Morris

Kathryn Morris is a TV and movie actress.

Early Accomplishments

Kathryn’s first shot at acting was in 1991, in Long Road Home. 

Her first big role was in Pensacola: Wings of Gold, a TV series, where her character, Lt. Annalisa Lindstrom was on screen for two whole seasons. 

Best Known For

She was discovered by Steven Spielberg after he noticed Kathryn’s acting in The Contender, and got an offer to be in two of his films, Minority Report and Artificial Intelligence, that went on to become hits. 

After that she got her most famous role, getting to portray Lilly Rush in TV series, called Cold Case. 

Sexual Orientation

Kathryn is straight. She is happily married to Johnny Messner. In 2013 couple had their first children, twins Jameson and Rocco.

Family

Kathryn is a daughter of Joyce and Stanley Morris. 

She has six siblings. 

Religion 

Kathryn’s father was a part of a religious group called the "Churches of Christ", where he had his own gospel group, called “The Morris Code”. It consisted of him and his children. Kathryn is no longer a part of any religious group and prefers to keep the matter private.

Cold Case became Kathryn’s successful project at last after nine TV-shows she was cast in before didn’t take off. While preparing for the role of Lily Rush, Kathryn would accompany the Philadelphia officers on patrol and on investigations as well.
