Cassandra Ventura or simply known as Cassie is an entrancing American model, singer, dancer, actress and all-round diva and style idol known for her classy, bravura flair.

Early Accomplishments

She entered show business at 14 years when she began modelling for local stores, especially for Seventeen magazine. 

She took vocal, ballet and modern dance lessons at the Interdistrict School for Arts and Communication (ISAAC) in 1998.

After graduating high school in 2004, she moved to New York where she began taking modelling jobs. 

That year, she met and impressed Ryan Leslie with whom she recorded a duet of Kiss Me with.

Best Known For

She is most famous for her hit singles Me & U and Long Way To Go, both from her 2005 chart-topping album Me & U. 

She made her acting debut in 2008 in the popular dance film Step Up 2: The Streets and also stared in The Perfect Match in 2016.

She has been featured in Bust and GQ and was also the 2013 spring collection face of ASOS.

Sexual Orientation

Cassie is straight and has been dating Sean “Diddy” Combs. 

Her first known relationship was with music producer Ryan Leslie whom she began dating in 2004 until 2007. She then dated Diddy in 2007 and broke up in 2008 but they are back together since 2015.

Family

She is born to a Filipino trumpeter allegedly named Rodrick C. Ventura and pianist Stacy Hobson. 

She has a younger brother named Rod.

Religion 

Cassie is a worshiper of God in the Christian faith.
