As a little girl growing up, she wanted to become an actress but her passion changed to soccer when she was in college studying psychology. She was a scholar athlete in Lyon College which means she had a GPA of more than 3.0. 

Upon graduation, she again switched her attention to modelling but worked as a waitress in a nightclub in Hollywood for some time.

Megan got her fame from her relationship to swimming legend, Michael Phelps. She has been on runways for True Religion, Michael Kors and Betsey Johnson.

Megan is straight. She has been in a relationship with hockey player Shane O'Brien since 2013 after her breakup with Michael Phelps in 2012 for reasons he cited as not seeing a future with her. She was with Olympic multi-medallist Phelps for more than 6 months but her relationship with him was seen in a bad light as people said she was with him only because of the fame she got.

Family

Her parents, who have been publicly supportive of her since her breakup with Phelps, are Wayne and Susan Rossee. She also has a sister who goes by the name Melissa. 

She is recently married to Jimmy Hirschmann but no children yet.
