Nikolai Valuev is known as a gigantic Russian boxer who started his career in 1993 and had to retire in 2009 because of severe bones problems. On his professional field Valuev gained to champion titles in WBA heavyweight category. 

Apart from boxing, Nikolai did a piece of acting too. In 2006, he starred in 7 Zwerge – Der Wald ist nicht genug and in 2008 he joined the cast of Stonehead. 

Nikolai is an active Russian politician – he is a deputy in the Russian State Duma.
