Gary Sinise

Gary Sinise is a multi-talented personality. He is an actor, a musician, a philanthropist, a film director and a patriot. 

Early Accomplishments

Gary started his career as a film director, but the role of Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump in 1994 made him famous in one day. For this role he was nominated for Academy Award and won an Oscar.

With the star of Forrest Gump, Tom Hanks, Gary starred also in Apollo 13.

His career of a director started with the series Crime Story.

Best Known For

In 1992, the actor starred in Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck. There he appeared as an actor, director and producer.

2004 became a year of his return to the screen in the series CSI: New York.

Religious Beliefs
