Holly Hunter

Holly Hunter is an American actress. She is the winner of Oscars, BAFTAs, Golden Globes and two Emmy awards.

Early Accomplishments

She tried herself at several projects, including Raising Arizona, before making a big splash on Broadcast News, which was released on Catholic Christmas Day in 1987.

Best Known For

The actress got her cherished Oscars and BAFTAs for her movie The Piano with Harvey Keitel, which did not leave anyone indifferent.

After that, her filmography was replenished with such famous works as Copycat, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, Saving Grace and Thirteen.

Sexual Orientation

Holly Hunter is straight. In 1995 the actress got married to Janusz Zygmunt Kamiński, a famous Polish cameraman and director. However, in 2001 the couple divorced. Later, Hunter started her relationship with Gordon McDonald and gave birth to twins. 

Family

Holly’s parents are Charles Edwin Hunter, a farmer, and Opal Marguerite, a housewife. She is the 7th child in her family. 

Hunter is also a mother of two: Press and Claude. The twins were born in 2006. 

Religion

The actress once stated that she is not a religious person and she doesn't believe in many of the ideas behind religion

Hunter has a separate piggy bank of pictures where she could participate, but did not star for a number of reasons. It includes such famous movies as Pulp Fiction, American Beauty, Blood Simple (only the voice of the actress sounds there) and Dogma.
