Gillian Zinser

Gillian Zinser is an American TV and big-screen actress. After playing in several television series, she acquired several movie roles. Among them are parts in Savages (2012), Liars All (2013), and Band Aid (2017) movies.

Early Accomplishments 

Zinger has been interested in acting since her childhood. Her debut on TV took place in 2009 with The Cupid series. Before getting her breakthrough role she also had a small part in the Cold Case series (2009). 

Alongside her acting achievements, Gillian is known to be the student of New York University.

Best Known For 

Her most famous role is of Ivy Sullivan, a sensitive teenager, in the 90210 television series (2009–2012). Similarly to her character, Gillian is a surfer. 

The fans of the show like Ivy not only because of Gillian’s acting talent but also for her distinct appearance and style. She has given numerous interviews regarding her clothing and cosmetics preferences.

Her mother Dale Appleman is a painter. She raised the daughter on her own and was always supportive regarding her passion for acting. Her father resides in Berlin. Gillian’s parents have another son Max who pursues a career in interior design. The actress has German and Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry.
