Columba Bush

Columba Bush is well-known as a politician, philanthropist and the former First Lady of Florida.

Her childhood was difficult. The Washington Post (21.03.2015) published a part of her story that told about the violence in her own family.

Columbus is of Mexican descent and her father crossed the border illegally in search of a better life for him and for his family.

She is the best known as the First Lady of Florida. She supported her husband on his post from 1999 to 2007.

She made a lot of efforts as a politician in order to fight against drugs and domestic violence.

She is a supporter of Christianity. She spoke on the 2007 Youth and Family Encounter together with her husband. This conference was organized by the Catholic Church she visits - Regnum Christi. The woman seems to be a very devoted member of the community and by her own words she goes to church every Sunday.

The woman is straight. She got married to Jeb Bush in 1974 after 4 year acquaintance and since that time the couple lives in perfect harmony and brings up their three children: George, Noelle and John.

She has a sister, Lucila, and a brother, Francisco.

She is crazy about expensive jewelry. The woman once spent more than $19, 000 for a five-day vacation.

She was the one who supported the creation of “Arts for Life!” – a special program to increase the importance of arts at the system of education.
