George Clooney

George Clooney is easily one of the most prestigious names in Hollywood. He is, of great repute, an actor, filmmaker and entrepreneur.

Early Accomplishments

Although, he made straight As in high school, he studied journalism in 2 colleges but did not graduate.

While he was a struggling actor, he worked as a tobacco cutter, insurance salesman, women shoes trader before making his major debut in a 1984 episode of E/R.

Best Known For

He is the 6th actor to ever play Bruce Wayne/Batman, playing his in the 1997 film, Batman & Robin. He also starred as Danny Ocean in the trilogy of Ocean’s Eleven.

He has also played major roles in films such as The Monuments Men (2014), The Ides of March (2011), Up in the Air (2009) and Michael Clayton (2007).

Sexual Orientation

George is straight. His first marriage was to Talia Balsam in 1989 but split in 1993. Before her, he was in a relationship with Kelly Preston for 3 years.

He has since then, dated severally such as with Sarah Larson, Linda Thompson, Elisabetta Canalis and Stacy Keibler as well as rumored affairs with Charlize Theron and Renée Zellweger amongst others.

In 2013, he met Amal Alamuddin and they got engaged in April of 2014, exchanging vows 3 months after.

Family

He is the younger child and only son of Nick Clooney and Nina Bruce and his only sibling being Adelia. He is a nephew of Rosemary Clooney and cousins to Miguel and Rafael Ferrer.

In 2017, he became a first-time father at 56 to twins; son Alexander and daughter Ella. 

Religion

George was raised as a strong Catholic but has replaced his faith with agnosticism in his adult years.
