Chris Howard

Christopher L. Howard is an American football player who played running back for NFL cub Jacksonville Jaguars. He had a very short career blighted by errors that led to his early retirement.

Early Accomplishments

He played football in high school and went on to play some more for the Michigan Wolverines during his 4 years at college being part of the team that were crowned national champions in 1997. He was recruited by the Denver Broncos during the NFL Draft in 1998.

Best Known For

Asides his exploits during his college days, he had a very troubled career with the Broncos who set him loose during pre-season for 5 fumbles in only 2 games. He had the same troubles at Jacksonville and his release from the team terminated his football profession.

Outside sport, he is recognised as the ex-husband of a renowned A-list celebrity in Hollywood.

Chris is straight. In mid-2001, he was joined in conjugal bliss with famous Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union but their marriage was far from blissful. They split up in 2005 and finalized the divorce in 2006. Gabrielle cited reasons of numerous cases of infidelity on both their parts as the reason for the tumultuous union and eventual breakup.
